H1N1

Production of H1N1 vaccine by the government has fallen way short of the targeted number.  Obama has issued a national emergency but has not addressed the fact that he has failed to have his administration reach their goal.  Had this been Bush I am sure the media and the dems would have jumped all over him.  Can we not blame Obama just a little bit?!
