This makes me ill.  It also makes me write letters to my childrens' school.

I have created a version for you to copy and share with other parents (feel free to do so by pasting it into your email):

In 2008, America voted for “change”.  In January 2009, change began.  Along with the changes being made in our country and government, we have changed too.  We find we must be on guard at all times to protect our liberty, prosperity and the dreams of a bright future for our children.           

Another of these changes is in the way we hear the President speak and what we can and must read between the lines.  We find that every message from the White House must be carefully scrutinized in order to extract its hidden, true and long-term meanings.  This being the case, we see no good reason for those messages to be delivered directly to the mind of our young children.

As good parents, we now see a need to require the school and/or its teachers to notify us in advance of, or to remove our children from, any activity in which they will be exposed to any communications, speeches, literature, audio and video from the White House, whether in whole or in part.  This requirement shall also apply to communications from White House appointees, staff, subordinates, affiliates, Czars and Consultants.

As an alternative solution to the intent of the school and/or its teachers when including students in such activities, we would need to have an active role.  Such a role could take place either in the classroom or at home.

Each and every time we are on school property, we are there with a watchful eye.  We observe, listen to and evaluate the school and staff with each interaction.  We have found no cause for concern thus far and are confident such a relationship can continue.  We appreciate the School's cooperation and continuing efforts in helping keep our children in a safe, healthy, apolitical learning environment.

We would like to thank you for taking this additional action to further protect
