What would Teddy Say?

Let's hope that Teddy gets at least as much coverage as Michael did (is).  Anyway, a very telling clip of him was played, he was outraged at the deficits of the Bush administration...something billion dollars was unacceptable.  Please, please congress, before you vote on another spending bill: "WWTKS?" What would Ted Kenedy say?  Anything over the billions is too, too, too much...and he already said so.  So play back the tape and take note, he was outraged then and would be , should be, outraged now.  Enough!!
