Constitutional Authority to Require Health Insurance?

Excellent article, and a frightening response by Leahy.  I believe that requiring health insurance is a BIG overstep in constitutional authority by congress.  Unfortunatly such steps have been taken (on a variety of issues) for a while now.  Making this one all that easier.
