The Christian Persecution… Continues

By lala - Posted on 07 December 2009

This all falls under the duress of Hate Crimes according to the ACLU who squell the voices of the faithful. And the faithful are public teachers.  The ACLU structured an extreme strategy to CRIMINALIZE virtually any expression of Christianity - which they intend to use as a model to copy throughout our nation's school systems.

In a Pensacola, Florida, Michelle Winkler's life as a school administrative assistant dramatically changed the day the ACLU brought CONTEMPT charges against her for asking her husband to pray over a meal at a privately-sponsored employee banquet being held in a neighboring county. The ACLU attorneys had the audacity to ask the court to force Michelle to pay them over $30,000 in attorney's fees! Other members of the district who were charged in a separate matter with CRIMINAL CONTEMPT for blessing a meal.

Michelle broke down as she testified on the witness stand when she described how a co-worker sought comfort from her after losing her two-year-old child. The two hid behind a closet door to pray for fear they would be seen and held in contempt of court.

Anytime something happens at school for which the natural response is to pray (for example, an illness or a severe injury), teachers and administrators have been forced to go into closets because they cannot be seen in public praying!

Those attending the hearing were shocked when they heard Michelle's testimony. And there were other testimonies that were equally alarming.

Another educator spoke about the wall that the ACLU consent order has caused between teachers and parents. She gave the example of a parent-teacher conference in which a parent brings up the subject of their child's faith, or their own faith.

This ACLU manipulation is possible because of the outrageous, anti-Christian "order" they wrote and have used to bully the school system into submission. Harry Mihet, a lawyer, has experienced communism's anti-Christian repression firsthand when he lived in Romania.

The ACLU have been actively seeking "snitches" in the school system and are even prying into employee's private lives, asking whether they are organizing prayer meetings in their churches about the case and other intimidating questions.
