All Mentions of God not Legal According to New Confirmation

The Senate has confirmed Judge David Hamilton, the "No to Jesus, Yes to Allah" judge, to the Federal Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Hamilton has consistently ruled against pro-life measures and also ruled that it was illegal for the Indiana Legislature to invoke Jesus, but perfectly legal to call on Allah.  These are the very issues on which leftist groups support Hamilton! Judge Hamilton was confirmed on November 19th.
