Texas Comittee to Determine American History Texts
Watch out America, a Texas Board of Education will be the last say in what our future children are going to learn and know about their past history or at least what will go into their textbooks. Apparently the largest states like California and Texas get to tell textbook companies what goes into the information. Once they decide the curriculum, all other states just have to take what is given them.
In this short video, patriots like Nathan Hale are eliminated for the inventor of the Fireman’s' helmet, and religious holidays like Christmas for Diwali. It is clear that our American progressive comrades like Meagan McCain, believe that revolutions start with the young, whom tend to have a limited view of history due to inexperience. You know there is something to be said about experience. These progressives want to teach our children that America is an imperialist and capitalistic country (like capitalism is a dirty word); these revisionists don't want future generations to think of their nation of a collection of states that promote expansionism or free enterprise. How are they going to explain the Statue of Liberty?
These Marxist parasites even go as far as wishing to remove “American” and replacing it with “global citizen”. The goal is to erase God and patriotic history, dying for freedom. These text writers promote ideologue of the collective union that wishes to remove individualism for the good of group.
The decision of eight people could affect a generation often of millions of our nation's school children! One of these people is Cynthia Dunbar, a Professor at Liberty University, School of Law (www.cynthiadunbar.com). On her website, she claims to be pro-religion and American patriotism. I have included the other names who are one this panel. Please write to these decision makers and let it be known how you feel about preserving our religious foundation and freedom fighting patriotic history of America.
