Obama's Definition of Taxes

I almost couldn't believe my eyes when I read that Obama's man-crush, George Stephanopolous, was grilling the the President as hard as he did.  And once again, whenever the president is put on the spot, he reveals his real beliefs and ideas.  This one is on taxes, and it sounds alot like Clinton's definition of sex.  Mr. President - anytime you collect money from me and distribute it to someone else that is a TAX.
