Dems Fear Public Response to Health Care Bill??

By libertyfirst - Posted on 23 September 2009

Seems that the tea party protesters, town hall mobsters, talk radio recruiters, and websites/blogs across the country have struck fear in the democrat party.  The Dems just vetoed an amendmented that would have required a full release of the legislation 72 hours prior to vote.  They claim it would delay the process by "weeks".  And I ask, What is wrong with this?  Is public education and public debate not worth a delayed vote?  Is this an issue of national secruity and a national emergency and requires immediate action?  No!  The Dems are worried that when the facts gets put out and digested by the American public that public support of the health care plan will drop even more.  They are more concerned with passing a law than upholding a democratic institution.  This really disturbs me!
