Jail for those without healthcare?!

It has been confirmed that jail time will be the result for any person who refuses to enroll in a health care plan and also refuses to play the government imposed financial fine.  Jail?!  I thought this was a plan that people wanted, that people would desire?  Why is it necessary to put the heavy hand of law enforcement behind this piece of legislation?  Could it be that the federal health care plan is not really as attractive as Obama and Co would like us to believe. 

I was listening on the radio today and the talk show host made a good point.  Outside of every Apple store people stand in line for the latest iphone.  There is demand for the product because the product is good.  The fact of the matter is that if the federal health insurance plan was a good product, there would be no need to force people to join by threatening them with jail.
