Assume the Position Mr. Wuhl

This is a 1/2 hour show about History, and how it's based more on Pop Culture than what happened in real life.  And it's an absolute riot.  Did you know that Paul Revere was NOT the first to warn The British Are Coming - The British Are Coming?  Yes, Paul Revere did ride from Boston to Cambridge...  Did you know the year before that Israel Bissell did the same exact thing, only he rode from Boston to Philadelphia?  I honestly didn't know that.  And I laughed the whole way through the show.  And I hate history, I find it very boring.

Disclamer - I have HBO as part of a package.  I am still upset at HBO for cancelling Carnivale, and I don't like to speak highly of this station.  So my taking the time to post this really does say a lot about how funny this show is.  **I think if HBO took the time to show respect to its viewers of Carnivale, and gave the show the chance to end the storyline, either with a few more episodes or a 2 hour movie, ... but they didn't.  They just dropped it, and left us hanging.  Then, when the backlash of viewers voiced there opinions (I was not one of them), HBO put out a statement, but basically brushed it's viewers aside because they didn't care about us.  Just their bottom line.
