Petition at a Gas Station

The libs have gone to far on this one.  Just shows you how their desire to control is getting out of control.  On a recent visit to the 7-11, I was checking out and saw a petition.  Some liberal group, can't remember the name, placed it there (and was supported by 7-11).  It wanted me to sign it to encourage congress to step in and make credit card companies reduce what they charge for processing credit cards.  This is crazy.  If a store doesnt want to pay the fee then don't take credit cards.  Lets leave the government out of it.  You can't have your cake and eat it too.  Obviously accepting credit cards is a benefit, if you don't want to pay for this benefit then stop accepting credit cards!  What was really crazy was that people in front of me actually signed it.
